Kale Soup - A slow cooked ham stock loaded with potatoes, carrot, turnips, rutabaga, onion, cabbage and Kale

Wedge - Wedge salad, with house cured bacon, red onion and our house made blue cheese dressing

Caesar Salad - Made fresh to order

Duckodent Fries - Hand cut fried in luscious rendering of duck.

Truffle Fries - Hand cut fries with black truffle salt and fresh grated parmesan.

Hand Cut Fries - Real fresh potatoes, hand cut, twice cooked to perfection

 

SECOND COURSE (Choose One)
The Rabii - House cured pastrami on marble rye...almost kosher...we also have corned beef

The Philly - Fresh grilled, house sliced TX ribeye w/provolone on fresh hoagie roll.

PBNJ - Peanut-butter and jelly NOT like mama makes; toasted in butter on brioche.

Roast Beef au Jus - Medium rare prime rib. Horseradish cream sauce optional.

Shrimp Poboy - Nawlins style Poboy with panko breaded gulf shrimp available with housemade mayo or chipotle mayo!

Carolina Q - Pulled pork with Carolina style mustard based sauce on fresh kaiser roll.

The Green 1 - Loaded with veggies on a house made croissant. Who needs meat with the G1?

Strawberries and cream cake - A cream cheese pound cake with macerated strawberries and fresh whipped cream

Pastel Impossible - Served with créme anglaise and caramel

Slow roasted pork belly served with rutabaga mash and grilled asparagus

A wine and herb poached sole fillet paired with spinach saute and potato croquette

Braised short ribs with rosemary roasted creamers, sauteed swiss chard and red wine au jus

Pan roasted Quail with sauce coq au vin paired with risotto and french beans

 

THIRD COURSE (Choose One)
Pastel Impossible - An English date pudding sponge with a vanilla custard done in the Mexican Chocoflan technique, garnished with créme anglaise and a salted toffee

Strawberries and cream cake - A cream cheese pound cake garnished with macerated strawberries and fresh made whipped cream

Decadent Devils fudge layer cake - Chocolate overload!
