Culinaria is a world class experience. One that truly reflects the confluence of culture only found in San Antonio. We proudly display chefs from this great city and bring in distinguished chefs from around the globe. To help ensure a great week long series of events, we highlight global as well as Texas winemakers and spirit producers, which help make this a truly meaningful experience for our guests. The mission of Culinaria is to promote San Antonio as a premiere destination for wine and food while fostering community growth and enrichment.

Culinaria offers "hands-on" exploration into the culinary and wine-making arts for adults with adventuresome spirits, discerning tastes and especially those who appreciate the camaraderie of sharing and consuming new, and often exotic, flavors.

Culinaria Wine and Culinary Arts Festival is an independent, not-for-profit organization committed to showcasing the best food and wines as well as the people who produce them not only in Texas, but around the world. Culinaria is a registered 501 c (3) tax-exempt organization. A volunteer board of directors who represent the community and guide the organization in its mission to champion the wine and food industries governs Culinaria.
