Rob Yoas
Chef Rob Yoas is a top graduate of the local Culinary Institute of America He is a well traveled Chef that recently introduced RoMo's Cafe to San Antonio in July 2011. In his premier location, he is redefining comfort food with a refined casual approach to true American cuisine.

Chef Rob began his culinary career in New York while working in a small Italian kitchen for a family of Italian immigrants. He fed his passion for fine cuisine while traveling all over North America and Europe. Rob served in the military for over 10 years and always honed his culinary skills through his travels. Living and working in New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, N/S Carolina, Georgia, California, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and of course the great state of Texas...he is truly an American cuisine expert. Rob makes delectable comfort food, the type of dishes that take you back to childhood and warm your heart.

At RoMo's cafe you will find a classically trained Chef preparing the foods that everyone loves. During lunch, the main offerings consist of freshly cooked heart warming soups, crisp salads, sandwiches on baked breads stuffed with house sliced and/or cured meats, hand cut fries (including fries cooked in rendered duck fat!), fresh pasta dishes, hand tossed stone hearth baked specialty pizzas, daily Chef specials and decadent desserts.

Evenings or weekends, the offerings include the same soulful flavor with a touch of class and refinement. At dinner there our staples such as seared scallops with country grits or our Cajun risotto garnished with gulf shrimp...and of course our selection of luscious desserts!

While our menu does change daily, we will always have the items on the web menu available.
