Jeff White
Born and raised in San Antonio, Jeff White started working in kitchens at the age of 15. Since then he has held positions in prestigious restaurants such as Biga on the Banks, L'Etoile, The Westin, Palmers and Louis 1604, continually learning and expanding his love of cuisine. Jeff has also have received several awards and recognition such as an invitation to prepare dinner at the James Beard House in New York City, People's Choice Award for the Taste of Elegance, a spot in Who's Who in the Restaurant Business, the cover of San Antonio Magazine and a medal from the American Culinary Federation.
