Chris Cook
Chef Chris Cook realized his passion for cooking about 20 years ago. He gained a B.S. in Food Service Management/Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. Chef Chris has had the privilege of opening up French fare restaurant Brasserie Pavil under Chef Scott Cohen. Chris has also worked at AAA / Four Diamond Restaurants, such as Charleston Place Hotel in South Carolina and Las Canarias in downtown San Antonio. As Executive Chef of Emily Morgan Hotel in downtown San Antonio, Chris successfully created a new menu, and is using his ability to pair food with wine or beer. Chris enjoys cooking with locally produced ingredients, as well as capturing the scene of San Antonio in his menu. Be on the lookout for more from this up and coming Chef.
